77 Steel

started as a small fabrication and CNC laser shop with a simple mission — build tough, American products that stand up to real use. No shortcuts, no outsourced work, no overseas steel. Every bend, every weld, and every cut happens right inside our shop in Hartwell, Georgia.

As we built attachments, custom projects, and metalwork for local customers, one thing kept coming up — people wanted high-quality, American-made grills and fire pits that weren’t thin, stamped, or cheap. So we started designing our own.

77 Grills was born.

What began as a side project quickly became its own brand: rugged flat-pack grills, rocket heaters, and fire pits — all cut on our fiber laser, built from U.S. steel, and made to last for generations. The same craftsmanship that built 77 Steel now fuels 77 Grills.
